From the Asset Manager screen you have control over the images and other media that appear in your shop.

(1) is where you control the folders your images are contained in. By default, all media is held in and uploaded to the media folder but by using the New Folder option. After creating a new folder you can select it to upload images into. You can also delete folders using the Del Folder option, deleting a folder automatically deletes all of the images contained within the folder

(2) displays all the images that have been uploaded so far. This may be images uploaded using the Asset Manager or uploaded when creating new products. Selecting one of these images will display it in (4), which is the image preview screen. You also have the choice to delete any images from a folder using the del option next to each image

Note - Deleting an image here also deletes it from the product it may be displayed with in the shop.

(3) allows you to choose which type of files will be displayed from the folder you are currently in. You have a choice between showing:

1. All files in the folder
2. All media files in the folder i.e sound or video files
3. All images in the folder
4. All flash files in the folder

Lastly, (5) is where you control the uploading of files into the asset manager. By clicking on the Browse button, you can find images stored on your computer and then upload them to a given folder by clicking the upload key.
